I was recommended PYB when onboarding more people required upgrading our Hubspot implementation. Lacking experience, I was particularly doubtful about making a remote consultancy. However, the first meeting with Martin and Elisa convinced me. The weekly web meetings that followed with clear goals and documented progress soon greatly improved our HS implementation. Further, I know PYB will be there when we need to integrate HS into an SMS system later this year.

We had issues with a new product called Aircall and its integration with HubSpot. This required all our numbers to be in a specific format and unfortunately, they had no standardized format to work with. Martin and Elisa worked non stop for 2 days converting over 200,000 contacts.
